COVID-19 Protocol

Dear customers,

 

Like you, we continue to follow developments about the COVID-19 very closely.

 

The health of our employees and our customers is our biggest concern. We have issued the following guidelines to minimize the risks to the health and safety of our employees and customers:

 

– Our participation in corporate events or open houses with our customers are cancelled.

 

– Any employee who has travelled abroad during the past 2 weeks is required to stay at home.

 

– Any employee experiencing flu symptoms is required to stay at home.

 

– Additional hygiene measures have also been implemented in our facilities.

 

-Masks are mandatory in our retail store for everyone’s safety.

 

We are working to minimize the impact of this situation on our operations and continue to offer you the same service you are used to received. However, please be aware that we are currently working on a reduced staff basis and that, although involuntary on our part, service delays may arise for reasons beyond our control. We will rectify these conditions as soon as it is safe to do so.
